Everyone once in awhile I'll come into contact with someone that makes you say to yourself, "Honey...honey...honey! Please stop. You're bringing shame to the Asian name." There's a girl that rides my bus. Well, she's probably in her 20's. She always wears these fleece Mickey Mouse earmuffs. Then she's wear a patterned outfit that doesn't match at all. It's just accentuates the earmuffs. Such a fashion emergency! (I've wanted to take a picture of her on the bus now that I got my digital camera. I haven't figured out how to without having her and everyone else wonder why I'm taking a picture on the bus. Plus, I'm afraid someone that would beat me up would think I was taking a picture of them. I have enough issues with the bus without getting myself killed...any ideas Matt?)
Or every so often I'll run into Asian tourists. You can always tell as they're in groups and they have cameras. Plus, a lot of them have designer wear clothing. I must say many Asians dress in top of the line designer names. My sister gave me a small box of candies that say, "I'm not an Asian tourist." I'm not FOB - fresh off the boat.
In all honesty though I admire anyone that can be themselves and express themselves without any reservations. That is definitely something to respect.

Hiya, Aim - Just figure out how to "tell" your camera to NOT flash, hold extra still, and non-chalantly take it without them even knowing! OR, you could also just ASK, "Could I take a picture of you for my 'blog?" - the worst thing they could do is say "No" (or "F-Off");-)
